Describe your problem and we'll find the right lawyer for you
Write it in your own words — no legal jargon needed. Our AI identifies the relevant area of Thai law and matches you with verified lawyers who specialise in it.
- Your information stays private
- No account needed to ask
- Every lawyer is verified
Verified before they appear
We check each lawyer’s ID and practising licence before approving them. Profiles that have not passed review never appear in the listing.
Ranking cannot be bought
Listing order rotates by contact requests in the last 30 days — whoever has been contacted least comes first.
You always make the first move
A lawyer cannot see your details until you choose to request their contact information.
How we rank lawyers and protect data
Pick your side. These are the actual mechanics behind the lawyer listing.
Rotation gives everyone a turn
In the default ordering, lawyers with the fewest contact requests in the last 30 days come first. The list keeps rotating instead of leaving the same few people permanently on top.
Ranked by the specialities you order
When someone searches by area of law and contact-request counts are tied, we use the speciality order you arranged yourself. Whoever put that area higher in their own list comes first.
Your contact details are never public
Your phone number and email never appear on a public page. Anyone who wants them has to sign in and verify their own phone number first.
You get an email straight away
The first time someone requests your contact details, we email you immediately with their name and a way to reach them back, so you can follow up yourself.
Every review is checked by a person
Reviews do not post automatically. The reviewer must attach proof of their conversation and proof of payment, and our team checks each one before it goes live.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is NETI LAB?
NETI LAB is a platform that connects people with legal problems to lawyers in Thailand. Describe your problem in plain language, and our AI identifies the relevant law topic and recommends verified, licensed lawyers who specialize in it.
Do I need to create an account before asking a legal question?
No. You can describe your problem, get the AI's analysis, and see recommended lawyers without an account. Sign-in and phone verification are only required when you request a lawyer's contact details.
How are lawyers on NETI LAB verified?
Our team checks each lawyer's national ID and bar license before approving their profile to appear on the site. Profiles that haven't passed verification never appear in the public listing.
Is my problem description and contact information kept private?
Yes. Your phone number and email are never shown publicly. A lawyer only sees your contact details after you choose to request them yourself.
Is using NETI LAB free?
Describing your problem to the AI and browsing lawyers is free for users looking for legal help. Lawyers subscribe to the platform to receive client contacts.
How is the lawyer listing ordered?
The listing rotates based on how many contact requests a lawyer received in the last 30 days — lawyers contacted the least appear first, so a higher rank can't be bought directly.
